Addverb Celebrates Its 10-Year Anniversary

Addverb, a global leader in industrial robotics and automation, has completed 10 years in warehouse automation and robotics, marking a significant milestone in its journey of developing advanced automation solutions for industries across India and around the globe. As it enters its next decade of innovation, the company has announced a major push into humanoid robotics and Physical AI.

Addverb is now preparing to launch Elixis, its next-generation walking humanoid robot, later this year. Built to handle repetitive and dangerous tasks in logistics, manufacturing, and industrial settings, Elixis advances Addverb’s larger goal of expanding the use of Physical AI. The company is targeting to install 3,000 humanoid units in industrial facilities by 2030. In early 2026, Addverb unveiled Elixis-W, India’s first domestically manufactured wheeled humanoid robot, created for industrial use.

From warehouse automation to intelligent robotics systems, Addverb today has the capability to manufacture up to 1 lakh robots annually. Operating across India, the USA, the UK, Europe, and other global markets, the company clocked ₹800 crore in revenue in FY 2024–25 and is targeting over ₹1,400 crore by FY27.

“The past decade has been about building India’s capabilities in robotics and intelligent automation for the world,” said, Co-founder and CEO, Addverb. “What began with warehouse automation has evolved into a larger vision encompassing Physical AI, humanoid robotics, and intelligent systems that can learn, adapt, and work alongside people in dynamic environments. We believe the next decade will mark a defining shift in how robots become an integral part of industries and everyday life. With its deep engineering talent and rapidly growing innovation ecosystem, India is uniquely positioned to lead this transformation.”

From its early role as a pioneer in warehouse automation to now competing on the global stage, Addverb’s entry into humanoid robotics aligns it with India’s vision of “Make in India, Make for the World” and “Atmanirbhar Bharat.” Its focus on quality has earned the confidence of major clients like Reliance, HUL, PepsiCo, Maersk, Mondial Relay, and DHL, solidifying Addverb’s position as a disruptive provider of automation-driven solutions with a notable footprint in the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

Launched in 2016, Addverb provides smart end-to-end robots for warehouses and industrial automation, with headquarters and manufacturing facilities in India and R&D facilities in both India and the US. Its portfolio spans Autonomous Mobile Robots, Sorting Robots, Auto Storage and Retrieval Systems, and Picking Technologies, fuelled by enterprise software, serving customers like Flipkart, ITC, Unilever, Patanjali, Marico, PAR Pharma, Johnson & Johnson, and 350+ more.
