Role Overview:

The role of Implementation Engineer is based out of Noida Software Development Center. As a Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, testing, and handover of our WMS and Warehouse Automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Customize, configure, and set up the Software Products in UAT and Prod environments based on project and client requirements.
  • Assist client stakeholders in conducting onsite UAT, ensuring the successful execution of End-to-End Test Scenarios.
  • Work closely with the Product and Hardware team to guarantee a seamless transition from testing to production.
  • Ensure the overall product readiness for the Go-Live of the complete system. Work closely with the Product and Hardware team to guarantee a seamless transition from testing to production.
  • Utilize tools such as Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies to analyze product metrics.
  • Develop and create Descriptive Analytics reports using tools like Grafana, Python, and SQL, providing clients with meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Provide onsite and remote hypercare support to clients post-go-live, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in Implementation
  • Strong experience in testing REST APIs (using Spring etc.)
  • Exposure in Docker
