Role Overview:
The role of the HR Admin is based out of the Addverb Factory (Bot Verse)in Noida. As a HR Admin, your role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's administrative and facility-related functions. This involves managing the physical workspace, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, and providing a supportive environment for employees to work productively.

Responsibilities
- Oversee entire facilities and administration management.
- Overall responsible for Security services and CCTV Operations.
- Overall Asset and Vendor Management
- Stock Inventory of admin-related Consumable
- Conducting employee engagement events and activities.
- Accountable for proper budgeting of Administration, Facilities, and Procurement on an annual basis.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for entire administration, facilities, and procurement functions.
- Responsible for handling all (end-to-end) audits periodically.
Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience
- Minimum Qualification of Graduate (Any), Postgraduate in Human Resource Management (Good to Have)
- 3 to 5 Years of progressive and quality experience in Administration, Facilities, and procurement
- Strong MIS / Analytics Skills (Knowledge of advanced excel will be preferred)
- Strong Communications Skills (both written & verbal)
- SAP Knowledge will be preferable.
