Role Overview:

The Senior Director Sales role is based out of the corporate office in Pune. As the Senior Director - Sales, you shall be responsible for sales and business development activities for Western Region by researching and developing opportunities, generating leads and implementing sales plans for Addverb. You will be responsible to lead the Sales Team in the Region and help with identifying, generating and internal implementation of new business opportunities and models to enable the expansion of the business.

Responsibilities

 
  • Leading the West India Business for Addverb – Building Pipeline
  • Managing the Team in West Region – Sales and Business Development
  • Achieve the Annual Target for the Western Region and PAN India
  • Develops and Implement the Strategy for growth in the region.
  • Negotiation with Customers and responsible for Techno Commercial Offers
  • Generate inquiries and work closely with the Solution Team
  • Train and develop the team

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience

  • Minimum Qualification of B . Tech and Business Management Degree
  • 15-20 years minimum in material handling and warehouse robotics industries
  • Prior experience in CRM processes.
  • Understanding relevant technologies is advantageous if the person is from Robotics or Warehouse Automation.
