Effortless Installation and Integration with SortIE

Our fixed sortation system, SortIE, Addverb’s modular Vertical Sortation Robot, travels on a dedicated track, and efficiently sorts individual packets to their destination locations at varied heights. SortIE ensures highly accurate sortation with its highly efficient belt drive mechanism and precise motion control. The existing warehouse systems, such as conveyors, robots, manual transport, etc., can be smoothly coupled with SortIE. This enables ease in installation and integration without hindering ongoing operations.

Quick and Accurate Sortation with Zippy

Our flexible Sorting Robot, Zippy, helps in SKU wise sortation and helps in slashing down the order consolidation time. While it works through gorund markers, it can detect obstacles and can be reconfigured easily through a graphical user interface. Our Fleet Management System enables coordination among a fleet of robots that can perform over 30,000 sorts per hour, and drive SKUs/parcels towards destination chutes.
