첸나이에서의 초기 프로젝트 성공에 이어, Addverb 마디야 프라데시에 있는 PAR 포뮬레이션의 두 번째 브라운필드 시설을 자동화하기 시작했습니다. 제한된 저장 용량, 수동 피킹 프로세스, 노동력 부족, 불충분한 제품 추적성 등의 문제를 해결하고자 했습니다.

 

 

The main objectives included maximising storage density through a multi-deep storage system, enhancing inventory visibility through software integration, and access to real-time data analytics. These enhancements aimed to transform the Indore plant into a highly efficient, automated facility capable of meeting increased demand with greater accuracy and speed.

Addverb designed and implemented a state-of-the-art multi-deep storage system that revolutionised processes from infeed to outfeed to achieve PAR Formulations’ operational goals. The solution optimises material transfer by using forklifts to place pallets onto an inbound conveyor, where a profile checker then checks them. A transfer car with a roller conveyor then moves the pallets to the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS system) for efficient storage handling.

 

For increased speed and precision, three Crane ASRS (Skyron) units, each equipped with 2-way pallet shuttles (Cruiser), are capable of handling up to 1000 kg per pallet. These cranes, working in sync with the shuttles, smoothly transport pallets from conveyors under the control of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). At the heart of this automation is Addverb’s software integration. The Mobinity Warehouse Control System (WCS) serves as the integration layer between ERP, WMS, PLC, and control systems, ensuring seamless communication.
