Role Overview:

Product Manager - Product Management role is based out of the corporate office, Noida. The product manager will act as a facilitator between different stakeholders and propose suitable solutions to the customers. They will have a wide range of influence over every aspect of product development process and will get to see the big picture by understanding how their product fares in the market against the competition and has a direct influence on our customers top and bottom line. Working as a product manager at Addverb can be demanding as it needs a variety of skillset and a go getter attitude, but at the same time it can be rewarding as it is all what a product manager aspires to be.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote products for end customers, driving end-to-end automation.
  • Identify potential products, conduct market research, generate requirements, and develop marketing strategies.
  • Determine customer needs and conduct necessary market research.
  • Assess competition by comparing company products to competitors.
  • Recommend future product lines and review new product ideas.
  • Support customers and the organization with expert knowledge in product areas and pricing.
  • Drive business development for new sales areas.
  • Work with the sales team to develop product sales strategies and obtain market share.
  • Provide management with sales forecasts, special reports, and analyses.
  • Develop and implement plans for new product introductions with sales, advertising, and production teams.
  • Determine product pricing based on market research, production, and sales costs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to ensure product success and market growth.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience

  • Education qualification of Btech/MBA
  • Prior experience of 5 to 8 years
  • Product innovation and development track record.
  • Product management skills.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the hardware development process.
  • Understanding of Stage-Gate Stage or similar process of hardware product development.
  • Familiarity with Agile work management and effective communication skills
  • Experience drafting Product and Market Requirements Documents.
  • Define automation product strategy and roadmap – understanding the current and anticipated future need
  • Own and prioritize product enhancement feature list
  • A basic understanding of Mechanical/Controls/Embedded Engineering is a plus.
