Role Overview:

The primary purpose of this role is to promote sales and business growth in a particular region by conducting research and generating leads. In addition, the individual in this position is responsible for ensuring the attainment of revenue targets and profitability goals.

Responsibilities 

  • Incumbent will be responsible for generating leads.
  • Approach the targeted customer to pitch the solution
  • Interact with prospects to identify new areas for the implementation of automation
  • Interact with different automation vendors to identify new bought-out products for creating advanced automation solutions
  • Discuss with different automation vendors to identify the scope of reducing the cost of existing bought out
  • Visit client’s warehouses/facilities to understand existing process flow, type of SKUs handled and constrain present in existing system
  • Visit other automated WHs (vendors or other clients) to gain in-depth knowledge of process and automation used in different domains/categories
  • Meeting with customer to collect relevant data for the requirements and passing on to the solution design team for proposing an optimized solution
  • Analyze the data given by client to generate insights which can help in deciding best automation solution possible
  • Design end to end automation solution incorporating all requirements of client and present the solution to clientTake closure on the suggested solution and align customer on all the assumptions and eventually freeze the layout
  • Negotiate with the client on the overall project cost and close negotiation in a way that desired project profitability is maintained
  • Align client on the delivery timelines and payment terms
  • Ensure timely release of PO as per agreed rates and terms & conditions
  • Coordinate and clear all discrepancies between client and internal stakeholders generated during complete lifecycle of the project

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience  

  • MBA (S&M), B-Tech (Mech, Elec, E&I, Mechatronics, AI)
  • Prior experience of 4 - 7 years
  • Candidate must have fluent communication skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Candidate must demonstrate team value
